Yes. Wavy is shutting down on 1 September 2026. After that date, you can still open Wavy, but only to read what's in it: you won't be able to manage appointments, take payments, or run your salon on it. Moving to Treatwell Expert is how you keep a fully working system.

You get 10% off if you pay for a year at a time. Extra employees cost €5–€7.50 a month each, and extra locations cost more depending on the plan you pick.

Your Wavy contract ends on 1 September 2026, and you'll be reimbursed for the part of the year you haven't used. That happens whether or not you move to Treatwell Expert.

Yes. You can transfer your Wavy website to Treatwell Expert in one step from the setup checklist, and your web address and your design stay exactly as they are. The website is a €19 a month add-on, which goes onto your Treatwell Expert invoice once the website is published.

Remember: Don't transfer your website before you've checked your services and your opening hours in Treatwell Expert, anything you haven't set up yet won't show on your website. Once it's live, you can ask us to change it whenever you like, at no extra cost.

You copy it across yourself, in one go, from the setup checklist in Treatwell Expert.

The copy brings over your company details, your clients, your employees, your services and your calendar, including appointments and absences. It runs in the background and can take tens of minutes, so you can close the window and come back to it.

You can only run the copy once, so don't start it until you're ready. Your Wavy account stays readable until 1 January 2027 for past invoices, fiscal data, and old appointments, so nothing is lost.

No. You can start your free trial, look around Treatwell Expert and copy your data whenever you're ready, as long as that's before 1 September 2026. You need no card to start, and you're not billed until you start a paid subscription yourself.

We'd love you to stay, but you can also cancel your Wavy subscription yourself. If you paid for a year up front, you'll be reimbursed for the time you haven't used, and your Wavy contract ends on 1 September 2026 either way.

Treatwell Expert is pending an LNE certification. An LNE certificate is less widely known than an NF-525 licence, but it serves the same purpose for fiscal compliance, and the French register in Treatwell Expert is built to it. Your existing NF-525 archives stay available through Wavy. For taking money, you also get Treatwell Pay, which handles card payments in the salon and payments online.

Not yet. Service packages are coming soon, and we'll tell you as soon as they're ready. Until then, you can still copy them across, but they'll arrive as single services.

Look for the migration banner in your Wavy account, or wait for the invitation email from our team. Activating your account creates it straight away and starts your free trial.
