The following instructions describe processing payments and invoices with the Cash Register.

With our new Cash Up feature, you can track all daily cash transactions in the Cash Drawer:

  • Opening the Cash Register.

  • Saving transactions in the Cash Register.

  • Closing and cashing up at the end of the day.

Opening the Cash Register

The Cash Register can be opened in two ways:

  • Via the Cash Drawer tab

  • By a direct payment

Note: If the cash register is closed, the message "Open the Cash Register" prompts you to open the register and enter the initial payment amount.

Processing transactions and invoices

When you open the register, for example, to checkout an appointment, an invoice is created. While the Cash Register is open, you can add transactions to the invoice. You can add, edit, or delete invoice items, such as services or products, while the cash register is open.

At the end of the day, after you complete the invoice and close the Cash Register, you can no longer edit any invoice items.

Note: The cash up process will lock any sales and payments made that day, so they can no longer be edited or deleted.
