A summary of past and upcoming appointments for your customers, straight to their e-mail inbox!

Do your customers often lose their appointment confirmation emails? Do customers often contact you asking for information about their appointments? No more hassle with taking screenshots and sharing info manually. We've got a solution for you called Appointment Overview!

The key points…

  • The Appointments Overview is an e-mail containing a summary of your customers’ past (up to 3) and upcoming (up to 5) appointments.

  • Your customers can request the Appointments Overview themselves via. your booking widget by entering the e-mail address they used for their bookings

  • You can also share the Appointment Overview with your customers directly via. the Customers area in Salonized


How does it work?

Scenario A: Your customers self-serve the Appointments Overview via your Booking Widget

  1. Your customer goes to your booking widget

  2. They see a new screen, asking Have you booked here before? and click on Check now

  3. They enter the e-mail address that they used to book their appointments

  4. They get confirmation that if the submitted email is registered in your database, that they will receive an e-mail containing their appointment information

Scenario B: You send the Appointment Overview to a customer via. the Salonized Customer area

  1. Your customer contacts you asking for information about their appointments

  2. You open the Customers area and open the relevant customer

  3. From the Overview tab or Appointments tab, click Share appointments

Once Scenario A or B is complete, your customer will receive the following Appointments Overview in the mailbox:

  • The Appointments Overview is an e-mail containing a summary of upcoming (up to 5) and past (up to 3) appointments

    • Upcoming appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled

    • Upcoming appointments will include recurring appointments (recurring appointments need to be activated by you to show the Cancel and Reschedule actions)

    • Past appointments can be Rebooked

  • Your customer can request an updated version of the Appointments Overview directly from the e-mail by clicking Request email
