You are now live on Treatwell via the integration 🎉 Check out our top 3 tips to improve your page. Click here to read our full optimisation help article.

  • Share at least 5 photos of your salon with us

  • Write and share a clear salon description

  • Get at least 10 reviews for a first temporary boost in visibility

1. Treatwell dashboard

After signing the contract to use the integration with Treatwell, you will end up on the Treatwell dashboard page in your Salonized account. Your salon will be set live on the platform as soon as possible, but make sure to fill in all the required information to ensure a smooth process.

Once your page goes live you can find the link to your own page in the upper right corner: 'My Treatwell page'.

  • Your Treatwell statistics

    • You can see how many bookings there have been and how much gross revenue was generated from Treatwell bookings in the last 30 days and 12 months. This does not count the appointments that have been booked but still need to take place, only past appointments are included here. It is also a sum of appointments that were paid for online and in the salon.

⚠ Note: This does not take into account any commission or transaction fees that need to be deducted from the gross amount.

  • Getting paid 💰

    • In this section you can see and download your signed contract.

    • Make sure your address details are filled in so customers can find your salon. The appointment confirmations and reminders are sent from Treatwell, which means your personalised emails in Salonized are not used for this purpose.

    • Fill in your IBAN here so you can receive payments from customers that pay online. Treatwell sends you an invoice every 2 weeks, around the 1st and 16th of each month, and you'll receive the money within a few days. You can change the email address where you receive the invoice via settings > company > billing email address.

  • Getting reviewed 🗣

    • Make sure that you enable feedback emails via settings > customers.

    • Bonus ✨: if you have the Salonized appointments subscription and you go live on the Treatwell integration, you get the feedback feature as a gift!

    • All the reviews you get from Salonized appointments are also published to Treatwell. Check the feedback page to see if you have any reviews left that can still be published. With the 50th review, you will receive a temporary boost on the Treatwell Marketplace!

  • Getting seen 👀

    • Write a salon description: make sure you write a detailed description to provide potential customers with some extra information so they can get to know you and your salon.

      • Did you already write a description and want to edit it? Send the corrected version to support@salonized.com

    • Set your opening hours: you can correct the opening hours that are shown on the Treatwell page. What you fill in here does not affect your availability, only what is displayed on the page.

2. How can I edit my salon page?

❗️When you go live on Treatwell via the integration in Salonized, there is no login via Treatwell, everything is managed via Salonized.

  • These are changes you can make yourself in Salonized:

  • For the following changes, you need to contact Salonized via chat/mail:

    • Uploading your own salon photos (please take Treatwell's photography guidelines into account)

    • Modifying salon description

    • Setting new services live on Treatwell

    • Changing your IBAN

3. Extra tips and useful information

  • If you add new services to your Salonized account they need to be set live manually by our customer support.

    • Send us an email/chat message if you have new services that you want to show on Treatwell.

  • Cancellation policy: on the Treatwell Marketplace, customers always have the option to cancel.

    • If they pay online in advance and they cancel outside your own cancellation policy, they will not get an automatic refund (so you can keep the payment).

    • However, when a customer chooses to pay at the salon, they can always cancel. As a salon, you can of course still decide to send the customer a payment request after all.

  • If you cancel/delete Treatwell appointments on a regular base, it will have a 👎🏼negative impact on your ranking in the Marketplace.

  • If the service of an appointment changes and therefore its price, let us know what the change exact was so we can contact Treatwell about it. Then we can make sure you don't pay the wrong amount of commission for the appointment.

  • Cancel a Treatwell appointment yourself directly in the calendar. This can be done as long as the appointment is still in the future. If this needs to be done afterwards, send an email/chat with the booking number. The customer can also cancel their appointment online via the link in the email.

  • If a customer doesn't show, mark the appointment directly as no show in the agenda so you won't have to pay the commission costs.

  • You cannot change the payment methods on Treatwell. Customers can always choose between the options 'Pay in the salon' or 'Pay online'.
