Unlock customer segmentation and targeted communication with Customer Labels!

At the heart of every successful salon is a deep understanding of its customers. "Customer Labels" empowers you to create custom customer segments and target these segments with communication.

You can configure up to 5 custom labels (on top of the default "Favourite" label), giving you the flexibility to segment your customers in ways that are meaningful to your business. Whether you want to categorise clients by their characteristics/preferences or your own preferences, Customer Labels make it easy to tailor your communications and promotions so that they hit the mark every time.


How to Use Customer Labels

Configuring labels

  • Navigate to Settings > Customers

  • Click on "+ Create new label" and enter the label name (you can create up to 5 labels)

  • Click on Save - your created labels are now ready to be applied to customers

Applying labels to customers

  • Navigate to the Customers area

  • To add or removed a label from a customer

    • Click on an existing customer (or create a new customer)

    • Find Customer labels

    • Click on a label to add / remove it from the customer

👤 Filtering customers using labels

  • Navigate to the Customers area

  • Click on the Filter icon

  • Select Labels

  • Select the label you want to filter by

  • Click Add

Communication using labels

  • You can communicate directly with a label group from the Customers area - just apply the relevant filter and click the Message icon

  • Pro users can use the same filters to define audiences for newsletters in the Marketing area.
