To send e-mails Salonized uses a E-mail server
If you don’t have your own domain name verified than the automated e-mails (such as: appointment confirmation) will be sent from a unique e-mail address, which is built up as following: xxx@email.salonized.com. Instead of „xxx“ it mentions your company name.
You can also use your own e-mail domain as the sender of the automatic e-mails. In order to do so, you need to register your domain. You can register your domain via nominate or TransIP.
E-Mail address for automated messages
Via Settings > Company > Manage company information, you can fill out a contact e-mail address. This will be the e-mail address for automatic e-mail messages, which will be used as sender.
Here you can fill out the correct e-mail address and afterwards, in the tab „domain settings“, you can let your e-mail address be verified.
As soon as you have taken this step, your messages to the customers will be really sent from the e-mail address you have entered. If your domain is not verified then the following e-mail address will be used as sender: xxx@email.salonized.com.

To verify your domain name, you will need to adjust a few settings in your provider for your domain name. Log in to your provider and fill out the information that Salonized displays in DNS Settings.
