Recently, additional measures were taken regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We can can imagine how these measures have major impact for your salon
For this reason, many appointments are currently being canceled. We are happy to help you manage this situation, keeping an overview of canceled appointments so that you can reschedule them later, for a future time.
Our advice is:
1.Do you leave the appointments on the agenda? Then check this article, which explains how you can temporarily change the appointment reminder, for the appointments that will not take place due the Coronavirus outbreak.
2. Label any appointments you deleted before deleting them. You can create a label via the appointment screen:
3. You can then delete the appointments on the days that you are closed, if desired.
4. Customers with deleted appointments during this period (on or after March 16, 2020) can be found via the Customer database.
In your Customer database, you will find all customers with an appointment with this filter, the appointment of which was canceled on or after March 16, 2020, for example because of the Coronavirus outbreak.
5. Click on the name of a customer and then go to the tab "appointments" for this customer. In the column "appointment label" you can see which appointment you had to delete because of the Coronavirus (see our example above).
6. Click on the red appointments (meaning: deleted) with your chosen label about the Coronavirus, to see the details of the appointment (such as the service), so you can contact the customer to schedule a new appointment.
Do you have a question about this? We are happy to help you!
