✨ Welcome to the new design of the reports page! ✨

On the totals page you can now find the filter 'period' in the upper left corner. Other than that, we have redesigned the whole page, but the functions are still the same.

Product sales report

We have added a few things to the 'products' page, where you can find all reports about the sales of your products.

  • For example, you can now filter on categories to only see the sales data for the selected category/categories.

  • You can choose which type of chart you want to see. Would you like to know the number of products you have sold or would you like to know the turnover (excl.) of the sold products?

  • The table with the sales on individual product level and on category level is below the diagram.

💡 Move your mouse over the diagram to read all the information.

At the top of the page you can find the filter options (employee, period, category).

Service sales report

The 'services' page also has the same new functionalities as the 'products' page.

  • For example, you can now filter on categories to view service data only for the selected category or categories.

  • You can choose which type of chart you want to see. Would you like to know the number of services that have been paid for? Or would you like to know the turnover (excl.) of the sold service?

  • The table showing the sales at individual service level and at category level are shown below the diagram.

💡 Don't forget that you can also filter on employee and period!

At the top of the page you will find the filter options (employee, period, category).

Employee reporting and hour registration

In order to make it clearer, we have divided the 'employee' reports page into two parts;

  • the 'hour registration report'. Here you will find the scheduled hours (number of hours of appointments with customers), booked hours and hours worked (appointments with customers plus tasks).

  • the 'sales report'.

VAT overview report

The 'VAT overview' reports page previously consisted of 2 tables but is now divided into four tables:

  • Monthly turnover

  • Monthly VAT overview

  • Quarterly turnover

  • Quarterly VAT overview

💡 Don't forget that you can also look for the overviews of previous years.
