1. Schedule an appointment using the calendar for a known customer
Click directly into the calendar at the desired time or click on the blue "Create appointment" icon in the top right.
Choose the right customer, select (if required) an employee and choose one or more services. You can add more services by clicking on the "Plus" icon by the top line of the service.
Then, save the appointment.
2. Schedule an appointment using the calendar for an unknown customer
Click directly on the calendar at the desired time or click on the green "Plus" icon in the top right.
Where you see "Customer", enter the name of the customer. Since this is an unknown or new customer, you will be given the option to "Add Customer". Click on this.
Enter the first and last name of the customer (required fields) and the e-mail address and phone number (these are optional and can also be filled in later). This will automatically create a new customer profile for this customer.
Select (if required) an employee and choosing one or more services. You can add more services by clicking on the "Plus" icon by the top line of the service. Then save the appointment.
3. Schedule an appointment using a customer profile
Open a customer profile. Click the "Create Appointment" button in the top left.
Then select (if required) an employee and choose one or more services. You can add more services by clicking the "Plus" icon by the top line of the service. Then save the appointment.
