Schedule appointments

In this article we explain the different ways to schedule appointments.

There are several ways to schedule an appointment in your calendar:

  1. Schedule an appointment using the agenda

  2. Schedule an appointment via the customer database

  3. An online appointment

Schedule an appointment using the calendar

  • Click directly into the calendar at the desired time

  • Or click on the blue 'Create appointment' icon in the top right.

  • Enter the name of the customer in the searchfield.

  • Or click on 'Add new customer'. Enter the first and last name of the customer (required fields), e-mail address and phone number are optional. This will automatically create a new customer profile for this customer.

  • Choose one or more services. You can add more services by clicking on 'Add another service'.

  • Select (if required) an employee.

  • Then, save the appointment by clicking on the blue button 'Create appointment'.


​Schedule an appointment using a customer profile

  • Go to > Clients and open a customer profile for which you want to create the appointment.

  • Click the "Create Appointment" button in the top left.

  • You will now return to the calendar where you can click on the 'Create appointment' button or click directly in the calendar at a desired time at which you want to schedule the appointment.

An online appointment

Your clients can book online via the online booking widget. You can find the online booking widget in your account via > Settings > Calendar > Online bookings.
