If you are currently using forms, such as an intake form, it may be nice to know that you can also digitalize these. The completed intake form is directly linked to the customer and can always be found quickly and easily.

Create forms
Go to Settings → Customers → Forms
You have different answer types, which are further explained here:
Open question: you get a field where you can type the answer manually
Yes / no question: the question can only be answered with yes or no
Multiple options, one answer: you select one option from a list of answer options
Checkboxes: you select one or more options
