The Salonized application is now the first management system in the beauty industry that integrates an e-commerce interface directly connected to your stock management system.

Delivered in 48 hours maximum (with step-by-step tracking on your app). We confirm your order within 24 hours - if not immediately! Once confirmed, we estimate that your order will arrive within a maximum of 48 hours.
Please note for Corsica: Delivery will be made after the carrier has taken charge of your order within a minimum of 48 hours (working days).
How to access the Store
Click on the “Basket” icon in the navigation bar on the left.
Product search methods
The search bar :
Within this section, you can type the name of the product you wish to buy directly onto the “Product search” bar, then click on the corresponding result. For each product, both the catalog price and the corresponding discount price will be shown.
If you are not looking for specific products, you can carry out a broader search by browsing the various sections of the store.
Brands catalogue :
Click on “View More” on the right of the heading to go to our full selection of brands, listed in alphabetical order.
Theme part
This section can help you save even more time in your product search.
We've sorted our products by functionality ! This makes it easy to find what you need, regardless of brand.

Add a product to your basket
On the product page, select the options you require (quantity, format, variants, etc.) and click on “Add to Cart”.
Closing the product page without selecting quantities and “Add to cart” will not add the items to your cart.
Proceed to check out :
Once all the products have been added to the order, click on the “Cart” icon to view it.
This way, you can always decide to delete a product or modify the quantities.
Click on “Proceed to checkout” to continue.
Before proceeding to checkout, the system will recommend additional products that may be of interest to you, so that you can quickly add them to your order. Continue by clicking on “Continue to checkout”.
In the last step, you must enter :
Delivery address :
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and save it.
After this step, it will no longer be possible to modify it via the site.
You will have to make the change via the carrier's website.
Payment method
Please save your banking information to save time on future orders, all information is secure.
Order Confirmation :
Finally, click on the “Submit order” button.
A confirmation email will inform you that the order has been processed.
You will then receive notifications of the dispatch and arrival of the order.
In the shipment confirmation email, you'll find a link that will allow you to track your order : you'll always know where your parcel is, and when it will be delivered.

How do I pay for my order?
When you place your first order, once you have selected all your products, you can enter your credit card number. Payment is made in cash and the amount of your order will be debited to the credit card you have entered.

We accept credit cards (iDeal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, UnionPay and Bancontact).
Is my payment secure?
Every payment made on the Treatwell Store is secure and Treatwell ensures the protection of all data linked to your bank account. You can place your order in complete security in just a few clicks.
Where can I find my invoices?
You need to go to the “My orders” section of “Personal space”, where you'll find an invoice for each order.
How can I add a promotional code?
Before confirming your order, you can enter a promotional code in the field provided in the “Discount code” section.
If you have entered a promotional code, but it has not been applied, please ensure that the code was entered correctly at the time of purchase. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to store@treatwell.com.
Delivery
How can I change my delivery address?
Please note: You can only change your delivery address before your order is confirmed.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will no longer be able to change your delivery address via the application.
We therefore recommend that you pay particular attention to this step.

What are the delivery fees ?
France and Belgium :
For orders under €79, delivery costs are €5.90 excluding VAT.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over €79 excluding VAT.
Please note for Corsica: Delivery is free for orders over €199 excluding VAT.
If the order is less than €199 excluding VAT, delivery costs are €14.90 excluding VAT
Netherlands :
For orders under €49, delivery costs are €4.90 excluding VAT.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over €49 excluding VAT.
Austria:
For orders under €79, delivery costs are €4.90 excluding VAT.

How long does delivery take?
Your order will be prepared within 24 hours (working days).
Once your parcel has been picked up by the carrier, delivery will take place within 48 hours (working days).
Where is my order ?
You've just placed your order and would like to know what stage it's at?
To track the progress of your order, you can go to your “My orders” area to check the various stages of your order before it is delivered.
Select your order to access the carrier's portal.
Once on the site, you can view the progress of your delivery in greater detail.
Don't hesitate to sign up for the carrier’s personal space, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Can I reschedule my delivery if my salon is closed?
You will receive an email with an update for each stage of your order.
The carrier will contact you directly the day before delivery to inform you of its arrival. If you are unavailable, you can reschedule your delivery with the carrier.
In the event of prolonged absence or several unsuccessful attempts, your parcel will be dropped off at the nearest delivery point to your living room, where it will be available for 15 days.

How does it works?
The more you spend, the more you save!
On Treatwell Store, your loyalty is rewarded! It's very simple: every euro spent in your orders will be converted into points.
1 euro (ex-tax) = 1 point
By collecting these points*, you'll win shopping vouchers**.
Convert your points by reaching the following levels:

Once you've won, use your voucher straight away or wait until the next level. The use of a voucher is final. It's up to you!
*Your points are valid for 12 months once collected.
**Your vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be accumulated. After using a voucher, your points balance will be adjusted.
How do I use it?
Your loyalty points: are automatically credited to your loyalty program card in your Treatwell Store personal space.
Credit amount: The amount corresponding to your loyalty level appears on your loyalty card in your personal area.
Loyalty duration: The validity date of your points appears below the loyalty card in your personnel area.
Using your loyalty credit : You will have the opportunity to choose to use your loyalty credit just before the confirmation of your order.
Each time you finalize your cart, we'll let you know how many points you have to get for the next stage.
