Why Salonized Pay?
With Salonized Pay you have a direct integration with a payment terminal. This allows payments by card directly from the Salonized register, without any additional steps. This direct connection saves you a lot of time during checkout and when doing your accounting.
What are the costs?
There are some costs involved using Salonized Pay:
Transaction fee
Purchase costs of the payment terminal
Transaction fee
When using Salonized Pay you will be charged a transaction fee of 1% per payment, the transaction fees exclude VAT.
The payment terminal
You can choose between two payment terminals:
AMS1: €199
V400c Plus: €350
If you need a new payment terminal due to a defect, you will get a free replacement. You can contact our customer support team to help you out.
Payout transactions
When a customer pays with Salonized Pay the amount will be transferred to your bank account in two business days.

Can I use Salonized Pay with any Salonized Plan?
To use Salonized Pay, you need access to our Register system. This means you can use it with the following plans:

Pro
This also means that Salonized Pay cannot be used with our Appointments plan.
I ordered my terminal, when can I expect it?
Once your verification process is completed and approved, and you have finalized your terminal order, we will ship your terminal within 2 to 5 business days. We will share the track & trace link via email.
What payment methods are accepted with Salonized Pay?
The following payment methods are accepted with both of the payment terminals we offer:
Can I use different terminals in different areas of my salon?
Yes, you can! You can order and use multiple terminals in your salon.
Can I use different terminals for my freelance employees to keep their payments separate?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.
Can I use my Salonized Pay terminal for other purposes?
No, the Salonized Pay terminal is specifically linked to your Salonized account. This means it cannot be used for payments outside of the salon.
How long does the AMS1 battery last?
The battery lasts for at least one workday, so it's best to charge the device at the end of the day or turn it off when not in use.

Can I take the AMS1 to a client on location?
Absolutely! The AMS1 comes with 4G connectivity by default, so it can connect anywhere without needing Wi-Fi, and it is wireless.
Can I use Salonized Pay with a terminal I already have?
No, Salonized Pay only works with the terminals we offer.
