First, look for the feedback in your Salonized account. You can find it via the blue navigation bar. See the screenshot below (arrow pointed at the feedback icon).
On this page you will find an overview of all the feedback that was sent by your customers. Some of them have allowed their feedback to be published and some haven't.
Next to each feedback, you will find the icons that will show you wether a feedback can be published or not depending on what the customer has allowed:

If the customer allowed the feedback to be published, you can then publish it.
Click on the feedback and then select manage publishing.
