Collecting and displaying reviews is a powerful way to build trust with potential clients. In this article, you will learn how to integrate the Salonized feedback widget into various website builders including WIX, WordPress, Jimdo Creator, Joomla, and Weebly.
Note: The Feedback feature is included in the Basic and Pro packages. If you are using the Appointments package, you can add this feature via our Boost extension.
How do I add the feedback widget to my WIX website?
WIX requires you to use an HTML element to embed the Salonized code, which can be used for both the full page and the mini widget. Here’s how to add it:
Full Page Widget:
Get the code from Salonized:
Add the code to WIX
Small Widget:
Get the code from Salonized
Go to Salonized ‘Settings’ > ‘Info’ > ‘Promote’ > ‘Feedback widget’.
Make sure you are on the ‘Small widget’ tab.
You can use the default link (your Salonized mini-website link) or customise it with your own URL.
To customise the code, find the
data-link=part of the code.Replace everything from
https://to/reviews, but strictly keep the single quotes (' ').The small widget should be linked to the page on your website where all your public feedback is displayed.

How do I add the feedback widget to my WordPress website?
To use this feature, you must use a version of WordPress that supports custom HTML (free versions often do not).
Full Page Widget:
Get the code from Salonized:
Copy the two-line code from Salonized following the instructions above (make sure you are in the ‘Full page widget’ tab).
The first line of the code starts with
script srcand the second starts withdiv class.
Add the code to WordPress:
Open your WordPress page editor.
Decide where to display the feedback and create a ‘Reviews’ page if necessary.
Click the plus (+) icon to add a new block.
Search for ‘Custom HTML’ and select the block.
Paste the complete code into the content field.
Click ‘Preview’ to verify or ‘Update’ to save your changes.
Small Widget:
Get the code from Salonized:
Copy the code from Salonized following the instructions above (make sure you are in the ‘Small widget’ tab).
Remember that, if you wish, you can update the
data-link=URL to point to your own reviews page instead of the default Salonized link.
Add the code to WordPress:
Follow the same instructions as the full page widget (using the ‘Custom HTML’ block).
How do I add the feedback widget to my Jimdo Creator or Joomla website?
The process is identical for both platforms. You will need to locate the HTML tool, which is typically represented by a brackets icon < >or a "Source Code" button.

Copy the code from Salonized following the instructions above.
Make sure you are in the ‘Full page widget’ tab.
Add the code to Jimdo or Joomla
Small Widget:
Get the code from Salonized
Copy the code from Salonized following the instructions above.

How do I add the feedback widget to my Weebly website?
Adding the widget to Weebly is done using the ‘Embed Code’ element, which allows you to place custom HTML anywhere on your layout.
Full Page Widget:
Get the code from Salonized:
Copy the code from Salonized following the instructions above.
Make sure you are in the ‘Full page widget’ tab.
Add the code to Weebly:
Open the Weebly Editor.
Drag the ‘Embed Code’ element from the ‘Build’ sidebar onto your page.
Click on the element.
Select ‘Edit Custom HTML’.
Paste your Salonized code into the box and save.
