View financial reports and worked hours for single locations or for all locations at the same time.
In this article we will explain everything about the financial reports and the worked hours of employees working at multiple locations.
Revenues: totals
Every invoice that will be created has to be linked to a specific location. The financial reports will be based on all the invoices created for a specific location.
You can view all reports for single locations or all locations at the same time on the reports page.
Worked hours overview
In the reports you can also find an overview of the hours and the revenues of your employees.
ATTENTION! If employees work for multiple locations you have to pay attention to the following:
Appointments are linked to employees as well as locations. If you filter for a location in the employee overview you only see the appointments of this employee for that specific location.
Example: You add an appointment for wednesday 13:00-14:00 for Lisa in Location A. Lisa works both in Location A and Location B. This appointment (hours worked: 1) will only be shown in the overview for Location A.
Tasks and absences are only linked to employees and not to locations. Tasks and absences will therefor be shown in every location the employee works at.
Example: You add a task for Lisa on mondays from 12:00-13:00 and Lisa works both at location A and location B, this task (worked hours 1) will appear in the reports for both location A and location B.
Important!
If you want to know the worked hours of an employee that works at more than one location, always use the 'all locations' overview to avoid tasks and absences to be counted twice.
Don't add up all the separate worked hours from the different locations, this may lead to incorrect numbers.
