Read here about the cancellation period of your subscription, which subscriptions are available and how you can change your subscription.

We do everything possible to provide you with the best salon software and support. We strive for a pleasant cooperation. That is why we do not engage in long-term contracts or start-up costs. You can choose between the basic subscription, the appointments subscription or the Pro subscription. This way you only pay for the functions you need.

How long am I stuck with my subscription?

At Salonized we do not believe in long-term contracts. You can therefore cancel your subscription at any time. This will expire immediately at the end of the period for which you have paid.

Example: Do you always receive the invoice on the 24th of the month? Then your subscription runs after cancellation until the 24th of the following month. If you cancel your subscription for example on the 12th of April, your subscription will run until the 24th of April. If you cancel your subscription on the 26th of April, your subscription will run until the 24th of May. So you will always have a maximum of one month's notice period.


Which subscriptions are available?

We have three different packages: the Basic package, the Appointments package and the Pro package. Below you will find an explanation of the different packages.

Basic subscription

The basic package contains all parts and functionalities of Salonized, such as:

  • Calendar

  • Cash register system

  • Customer management (including treatment reports and intake form)

  • Product and stock management

  • Marketing tools (newsletter, customer filtering, feedback function)

  • Reports

  • Online appointments

  • Automatic messages (reminder, confirmation, birthday message)

Appointments subscription

The appointment package is a concise version and has the following components:

  • Calendar

  • Customer management

  • Automatic messages (reminder, confirmation, birthday message)

  • Some marketing tools

  • Online appointments

Functions that are missing: treatment reports, intake form, feedback function, cash register, reports, product and inventory management.

Pro subscription

The Pro package includes all the components and functionalities of Salonized, including the premium marketing area:

  • Calendar

  • Cash register system

  • Customer management (including treatment reports and intake form)

  • Product and stock management

  • Marketing tools (newsletter, customer filtering, feedback function)

  • Reports

  • Online appointments

  • Automatic messages (reminder, confirmation, birthday message)

  • Manual messages (to desired customer group)

  • Create and send personalised newsletters

  • Discount codes

  • Last-minute discounts

  • Dynamic pricing

  • Rebook reminders

  • Waiting list


Can I upgrade my subscription myself?

Yes, you can upgrade you subscription any time you want in your Salonized account in multiple ways:

  1. If you have an Appointments subscription, you can upgrade to Basic from the Register page (the shopping cart icon)

  2. If you want to upgrade to Pro, you can go to this through the Marketing area (icon on menu on the left side of your screen). Or through Settings > Billing.


Cancel your subscription

We are sorry you want to cancel your account. We would like to hear the reason for a cancellation, because your feedback is very valuable to us.

You can easily cancel your subscription yourself. To do this, go to the account settings (via the top right-hand icon) and click on Billing. Then click on the cancel button under the billing overview on the right.

Your subscription will be terminated at the end of the billing period. This is the timeframe that you should normally receive the invoice from Salonized.
