Send your customers a nice message on their birthday with the automatic birthday message function. Follow the following steps to enable the birthday message.
Go to Marketing Area (the loudspeaker icon in the blue navigation bar).
Click on the second tab (top part of the page) > Email > Birthdays.
Click on "settings" button under "Birthdays" and a you will land on new page.
In this page:
Write a nice birthday message by clicking on "set up the content".
