Checkout appointments

There are two ways to check out appointments:

  1. From the calendar, if an appointment was planned for the customer.

  2. Directly from the Register, if a customer comes in without a scheduled appointment.

Check out an appointment from the calendar

  1. Click in the calendar on an appointment

  2. Click on the right in the menu on ''checkout''

  3. You will now enter the cash register. Because you check out from the calendar the customer, employee and service(s) will be filled in automatically.

  4. Select any extra services or products on the left.

  5. Click the green 'Checkout' button at the bottom right.

  6. In the next screen, select the right payment method on the left (e.g. PIN or cash). After this, there is no amount outstanding anymore.

  7. Then click 'Complete sale' at the bottom right.

  8. You can now print the receipt or email the digital receipt to the customer. Need an invoice for the bookkeeping? Issue it with 'Issue invoice' (or 'Issue invoice and send').

Check out an appointment from the cash register

  1. Go directly to checkout (icon of the shopping cart)

  2. Select on the left one or more services and or products that should be caught

  3. Select an employee and a customer (optional)

  4. Click at the bottom right on the green button ''checkout''

  5. In the following screen, select the right payment method on the left (e.g. pin or cash) After you have done this, there won't be an amount open anymore

  6. Then click 'Complete sale' at the bottom right.

  7. You can now print the receipt or email the digital receipt to the customer; issue an invoice with 'Issue invoice' if you need one for the bookkeeping.

A sale with multiple payment methods

A customer pays a portion of the amount per pin and part cash?

Then process in the following way:

  1. After starting the sale (see above), click 'Checkout' to reach the payment methods.

  2. On the left, just above the payment methods, you'll see a white field showing the total amount to be paid.

  3. Change that amount to the amount of the first payment method (e.g. 70 euros if someone pays 70 euros in cash).

  4. Then click the matching payment method (cash in this example).

  5. Salonized now shows the amount still outstanding. Assign it to another payment method (e.g. PIN), or repeat the steps above if more payment methods follow.
