Learn more about checking out an appointment from the calendar, checking out an appointment from the cash desk, linking an employee to an invoice.
There are two possibilities for the checkout of appointments: 1. From the calendar, if there is an appointment which was planned for the customer. 2. Directly from the cashier, if a customer comes running in without a scheduled appointment.

Check out an appointment from the calendar
Click in the calendar on an appointment
Click on the right in the menu on ''checkout''
You will now enter the cash register. Because you check out from the calendar the customer, employee and service(s) will be filled in automatically.
Select any extra services or products on the left
Click at the bottom right on the green button ''checkout''
In the following screen, select the right payment method on the left (e.g. pin or cash)
After you have done this, there won't be an amount outstanding anymore 7. Then click right at the bottom on ''complete invoice'' 8. You can now open the PDF invoice or email directly to the customer the digital voucher

Check out an appointment from the cash register
Go directly to checkout (icon of the shopping cart)
Select on the left one or more services and or products that should be caught
Select an employee and a customer (optional)
Click at the bottom right on the green button ''checkout''
In the following screen, select the right payment method on the left (e.g. pin or cash) After you have done this, there won't be an amount open anymore
Then click right at the bottom on ''complete invoice''
You can now open the PDF invoice or email directly to the customer the digital voucher

An invoice with multiple payment methods
A customer pays a portion of the amount per pin and part cash?
Then process in the following way: 1. Click after creating the invoice (see above) on the button ''checkout'' so that you get the payment methods (see screen below)
On the left, you'll see a white frame, right above the payment methods. It gives you the total amount that has to be paid.
Get this amount off and change it to the amount of the first payment method (e.g. 70 euros if someone pays 70 euros in cash)
Then click on the appropriate payment method (in this example, cash desk)
Salonized now counts the amount which is still open. Put that on a different payment method (for example pin) or repeat the steps above if more payment methods follow.
