Evaluate your service and the customer happiness by asking feedback with a simple e-mail that will be sent after each appointment.
Activate Feedback Feature
How to activate the feedback function? Follow these steps:
Go to admin
Go to Clients and then Admin
Activate “Ask your clients for feedback after appointments” Choose how often you want your customers to receive feedback emails
This is what the Feedback E-mail looks like:
When a client has send feedback, you will receive a notification. You can read the feedback and optionally react to it by mail.
Exclude Individual Customers from Receiving Feedback Requests
Do you want to activate the feedback function, but exclude some customers from receiving it? No problem. The settings for the feedback e-mails are tied to the newsletter. Go to the individual client’s profile and deactivated the Newsletter & Feedback E-mail. Now this client will not receive any feedback requests.
Edit Feedback Message
When activating the feedback feature the default content of the message is:
Subject: How was your appointment?
We would love to know how you experienced your appointment so we can improve our service in the future.
Do you want to tell us more about your experience?
If you would like to edit or add content to this message go to Admin and then Communication.
