Evaluate your service and the customer happiness by asking feedback with a simple e-mail that will be sent after each appointment.

The feedback feature is available in our Basic a Pro plan.

Activate Feedback Feature

How to activate the feedback function? Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings under the ⚙️ icon

  2. Go to Customers > Settings

  3. Activate “Ask your clients for feedback after appointments” Choose how often you want your customers to receive feedback email.

When a client replies to the email and leaves a review, you will receive a notification. You can read the feedback and optionally react to it by mail.


Edit the feedback e-mail

The default feedback email looks as follows:


You can change the subject and the content of the email by navigating to Messages in the right side bar > Email templates > Feedback request.


Exclude individual customers from receiving feedback requests

Do you want to activate the feedback function, but exclude some customers from receiving it? No problem. The settings for the feedback e-mails are tied to the newsletter. Go to the individual client’s profile and deactivated the Newsletter & Feedback E-mail. Now this client will not receive any feedback requests.
