You can use Salonized to track product inventory. You can read how to enable stock management here. You can also create a new order (purchase order) so that you can enter stock in one go. On this page, we explain how that works.

Order products: how to create a new stock order

From the Products page, go to the Stock orders tab.

  1. This page stores all the orders you create in Salonized. Click the new stock order button at the top right.

  2. Select the correct Supplier to create a new stock order.

  3. Once you have selected a supplier, a list of all the products that are linked to this supplier will appear. Next to each product, you will be able to see what you have set as minimum stock and maximum stock, and what the current stock of this product is.

  4. You can click on products you want to order on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side, enter how many of each product you want to order.

  5. Then click "Save as draft" if you want to edit it later. Once your order list is complete, you can click on "Order".

Automatic stock orders

When you make a new order, we can automatically give you an order recommendation based on minimum stock, current stock and maximum desired stock.

If the current stock is lower than the minimum stock value, we will calculate how much you need to order so that your stock is replenished to the maximum value.

When an order recommendation can be given by Salonized, you will see the "create automatically" button. This button appears if there is at least one product for the selected supplier with current stock lower than the minimum desired stock.

When you press the button, an order is automatically filled. In the automatically created order, we list all products with stock below the minimum value, and calculate how much you need to order so that your stock is replenished to the maximum value.

You can make changes by adding additional products to the order, removing them or changing quantities.

Then click "Save as draft" at the bottom right if you want to edit it later. If your order list is correct, you can click on "Place order" in the bottom right-hand corner.
