Discover here how to efficiently access key client information at a glance.

When a new client visits the salon, it's obviously important to give them extra attention. The same applies to a client who hasn't visited for a while. Because we aim to facilitate this as quickly and easily as possible, you can find this information in the schedule.

Pop-up window in your calendar

In the pop-up window, you can easily see if the client is visiting the salon for the first time. If this is the case, it will be indicated by the text ‘New customer’.

If it’s not the client’s first appointment, you’ll see when they last visited the salon.
The pop-up window opens when you click on the appointment in the schedule.

Appointment - details window

Similarly, within the appointment interface, you can access additional details regarding the specific client. This feature is accessible by selecting 'More' within the pop-up window.

In addition to all relevant details of the appointment, you will find the following information here:

  • Confirmation of whether it is the client's first appointment

  • Details of the client's previous visit to the salon

  • Contact information, including phone number and email address. Any missing details are flagged with a notification.

  • Overview of outstanding invoice amounts.
