Go to your Mailchimp account and click on Campaigns > All campaigns (in the menu bar) to create a newsletter.
Click on Create Campaign to add a new newsletter.
Then click on Email.
Now add a campaign name (this will only be visible to you). For example: Newsletter July or Newsletter 1.
Step 1 Select the mailing list that you would like to send a newsletter to.
Step 2 Add the email address that you would like to send the newsletters from. You might have to verify your email address as a sender to prevent spam.
Step 3 What's the email subject that your clients get to see? Get creative! You can always add fun emoticons 😀
Step 4 The next step involves selecting a template. You can either draw up a newsletter yourself or select one of the existing themes. These are templates that you can use for your newsletter so that you don't have to start from scratch, plus you'll be able to personalise all of the text and images.
Step 5 Now you can adjust the design of your newsletter and add your text and images.
Step 6 Double check if the newsletter meets your requirements. Now send it!
