Appointment labels

Learn how to create and use appointment labels.

Would you like to add more details to your appointments, for example when someone has checked in? Then you can add a label to the appointment. 

This help page guides you through the steps to create tags, including some potential ideas for tags/labels.

Assign Label

To add a label to an appointment follow these steps:

  1. Open the appointment

  2. When the appointment details appear click on the right hand side on "label"

  3. Select a new label or create a new one

4. To create a new label click on the button "create new label"

Ideas for Labels

Some examples for appointment labels:

  • This appointment has been paid already

  • This appointment is part of a treatment package

  • The client has checked in

  • This is the clients first appointment

  • Which employee created this appointment
