Add general conditions to your online agenda
To add the general conditions to your own online agenda, you need the following;
Make sure there is a page on your website that contains your general terms and conditions
Go to the settings > Calendar > Online booking settings > Customer Information
Scroll down to add the URL of the webpage that contains your general terms and conditions:
Make sure the URL starts with https://
Click "save"
Is the acceptance of the general terms and conditions mandatory?
After you've added this functionality to your booking widget, accepting the general terms and conditions is mandatory while making an online appointment, otherwise a message will appear that the customer must agree to the general terms and conditions to make the booking complete.
