Who can use Gift Card payments?
If you sell gift cards (in Salonized) and have online payments enabled in your Salonized booking widget, you can use it!
How does it work?
On the Confirm booking step of the booking widget, all your customers need to do is:
Click
Add giftcard codeEnter their gift card code and click
Apply codeChoose the amount they want to redeem and click
RedeemComplete the booking
Pay nowif there is remaining balance to payConfirm bookingif the remaining balance is €0
How do I set this up?
No set up required! If you sell gift cards and have online payments enabled (excluding the Deposit required setting), your customers can already use their gift cards as a payment method in your booking widget.
If you want to disable the feature at any time:
Go to Settings
Open Online bookings
Open Online payments
Disable the setting Allow payment with gift cards
