Which subscription plans does Salonized offer?
Salonized offers three main plans tailored to different salon sizes and needs. Each plan builds upon the features of the preceding one, along with options for additional elements, such as SMS credits and integrated payments.
Appointments Plan: perfect for solo professionals, it helps in appointment management, client connections, and online scheduling. The plan includes:

Basic marketing tools (e.g., client list filters)

Basic Plan: this plan addresses all requirements for medium-sized salons, from scheduling appointments and customer management to a user-friendly cash register system & basic marketing tools. It has all the Appointment Plan components, plus:

Can I upgrade my subscription myself?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time from within your account.
If you want to upgrade to the Basic Plan:
Click on the cart icon (‘Register’) on the left-hand menu.
Go to the ‘Salonized Pay’ section.
Update your subscription.
If you want to upgrade to the Pro Plan:
Click on the megaphone icon (‘Marketing’) on the left-hand menu or
Go to Settings > General > Billing.
Can I downgrade my subscription myself?
No. To downgrade your subscription, please contact our support team, and we will handle the changes for you.
How long am I tied to my subscription?
Salonized offers you full flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Examples:
Monthly subscriptions: If you cancel on February 12th, you will have access until March 12th.
Yearly subscriptions: If you cancel on February 12th 2026, you will have access until February 12th 2027.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you need to cancel your subscription to Salonized:
Log in to your Salonized account.
Go to ‘Settings’
Select ‘Billing’
Click the gear icon
Then, click ‘Cancel subscription’ under the billing overview.
Your subscription will stop at the end of your current billing period (the day you would normally receive your invoice).
