What are the billing options for the Salonized plans?
Salonized offers flexible subscription options for its three main plans: Appointments, Basic, and Pro. You can choose between monthly or annual billing, and annual subscriptions come with a 10% discount.
Can I purchase SMS credits and how much do they cost?
Yes, with Salonized, you can buy SMS credits to send text messages, such as appointment reminders or new online booking notifications. Each SMS message costs 1 credit, and credits never expire. The cost per credit depends on the amount purchased.

Boost: add a boost for a small extra cost (5 £ / 6 €) to unlock the Feedback feature and access to the Automatic Waiting List. Available for the Appointments Plan only.

Additional Resources (rooms/equipment): besides employees, you can add extra resources (rooms, equipment, or both) at any time, and as of July 1st, 2024, resources are free for all plans.
