What is Salonized Pay?
Salonized Pay is an innovative feature by Salonized that enables seamless card payments by directly connecting the Salonized register to a payment terminal. This integration makes your business life easier by saving significant time during checkout and accounting processes.
Where is Salonized Pay available?
Salonized Pay is currently available in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
Which Salonized plans support Salonized Pay?
To use Salonized Pay, you must have access to the Register system. Therefore, the supported plans are:

Pro
Note: Salonized Pay cannot be used with the Appointments plan.
What are the costs associated with Salonized Pay?
There are two primary costs involved with using Salonized Pay:
A transaction fee of 1% per payment (excl. VAT).
A one-time purchase of the payment terminal (excl. VAT): you can choose between three terminals:
AMS1: £175 / €199
Dock: £25 / €30
V400c: £300 / €350

What are the advantages of using the AMS1 payment terminal?
Long-lasting battery: it lasts for at least one workday.
Charge the device at the end of the day or turn it off when not in use to extend battery life.
Easy charge with the charging dock for the AMS1 provided by Salonized (for more information, reach out to our support team).
Portable device: the AMS1 comes with 4G connectivity by default, so it can connect anywhere without needing Wi-Fi, and it is wireless.
How long does it take to receive my payment terminal?
Once your business terminal order is finalized, your device will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
You will receive the track-and-trace link via email.
Can I use my existing payment terminal instead of the Salonized one?
No, the Salonized Pay service requires you to use a specific terminal (the AMS1, the Dock or the V400c).
Can I use the Salonized terminals for other purposes?
No, these terminals are specifically restricted to your Salonized account and cannot be used for payments outside of the salon.
Note: You can order and use multiple terminals to use in different areas of your salon, but at the moment, you cannot use different terminals to keep payments for freelance employees separate.

When will I receive my Salonized Pay transactions?
Payments made with Salonized Pay are transferred to your bank account within two business days.

What do I need to do to start using Salonized Pay?
