We’re excited you’re getting started with Salonized Pay to make card payments easier for your clients! ✨
Step 1: Unpack and Charge Your Terminal
Unpack your terminal and connect it to the supplied charger.
For the AMS1 terminal, charge for at least 4 hours before moving to the next step (first-time only).
Step 2: Connect to Your Wi-Fi
Connect your terminal to your salon’s Wi-Fi network.
You may need the terminal PIN to do this.
You find your terminal PIN in the Salonized Pay dashboard via Register > Salonized Pay.
AMS1 terminal: Go to Settings to set up your Wi-Fi.
V400c Plus terminal: Press 9, then the green circle button to access Settings.
Step 3: Perform Software Update
If prompted, allow your terminal to complete the software update.
It’s important to give it enough time to finish—this ensures your terminal runs smoothly.
Step 4: Install Receipt Roll (V400c Plus only)
Insert your receipt roll according to the instructions.
Step 5: Start Using Salonized Pay
Your terminal is now ready!
Open your Salonized app and you will see the ‘Salonized Pay’ button available at checkout.
Clicking this button will allow you to process card payments easily.
Track Your Payouts
In the Register, under the ‘Salonized Pay’ button, you can access your dashboard.
Here, you’ll see details of payouts that have been made or are pending.
