Can I use both discounts?
Yes. Use BLACKFRIDAY50 for payment terminals and BLACKFRIDAY40 for SMS credits. Each code applies to its specific product.
Where do I enter the discount code?
You enter the code at the final Stripe checkout step. After adding products to your cart and proceeding to payment, you'll see a field for discount codes on the Stripe page. Enter the correct code and click 'Apply'.
When will my terminal ship?
Terminals ship within 2-3 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email.
How do online deposits work?
After receiving your terminal and completing KYC verification (required for payment processing), you can enable online deposits in your Salonized settings. Clients pay when booking, which reduces no-shows.
Is Salonized Pay available in my country?
Salonized Pay terminals are only available for salons in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. SMS credits are available to all Salonized customers, regardless of location.
Can I buy multiple terminals?
Yes. You can purchase multiple terminals in a single order, and the 50% discount applies to each terminal. However, the discount code BLACKFRIDAY50 can only be used once per customer during the campaign period. Make sure to add all the terminals you want to your cart before checking out.
Is there a limit on SMS credits?
No purchase limit, but the discount code BLACKFRIDAY40 can only be used once per customer during the campaign. You can add multiple SMS credit packages to your cart in a single order and the 40% discount will apply to all of them.
Can I buy more SMS credits at this price later?
No. The 40% discount is only valid from November 14 to December 6, 2025. After that, SMS credits return to regular pricing.
I bought last week. Can I get the discount?
No. The discount only applies to purchases made between November 14 - December 6, 2025. We cannot apply discounts retroactively.
