How can I give a discount during checkout in the register?
With Salonized, you can add a discount during the checkout process in just a few clicks. To do so:
Go to your Salonized account and click on the little cart icon (Register) on the left menu.
Add an item to the invoice, a product or service, by selecting it in the left panel of the register. You can also check out an appointment from the agenda.
Fill in the missing details (like the employee’s and customer’s names).
Click on the dropdown menu and add a discount. You can add a percentage or a value in your local currency.
Click on ‘Continue’.
Add the payment methods and click on ‘Complete Invoice’.
Note: The discount will also appear on the invoice modal and PDF.
Can I modify the discounts added during checkout?
Yes, if you changed your mind and want to edit or remove a discount, you can do so on the checkout and payment page.
Click ‘Modify Invoice’.
Edit your details: adjust or remove the discounts if necessary.
Click ‘Continue’ to complete the checkout.
