Integrating your Salonized account with the Treatwell marketplace is a powerful way to increase your online visibility while effectively managing your appointments and daily operations.

Good to know: The integration does not grant access to Treatwell Connect. All settings are managed through Salonized.
How do I manage Treatwell bookings in my calendar?
When a customer books through Treatwell, the appointment automatically populates on your Salonized calendar, marked with a TW logo.
Clicking the booking, you will see all the same details of a standard Salonized booking widget appointment, including service type, staff member, and full customer history. From here, you can:
Modify Appointments: You can move or cancel future appointments directly in Salonized.
Mark No-Shows: Always mark no-shows in the system to ensure Treatwell does not charge commission on that appointment.
Add any useful documentation: You can write reports or send digital forms.
Note: You can only move or cancel the appointment as long as it has not yet taken place. If an appointment needs to be cancelled after the original start time, contact Salonized support.
How are payments and checkouts handled for Treatwell appointments?
You can easily identify pre-paid appointments by a green Treatwell logo in the calendar overview.
Click 'More' within the appointment to verify if the treatment was paid for via the Treatwell platform.
You can check out unpaid appointments in Salonized as usual by clicking 'Checkout’.
You can even check out an appointment that was prepaid on Treatwell to ensure the invoice is generated within Salonized.
Salon-initiated cancellations may still incur commission costs. It is important that customers cancel their own appointments to avoid these charges.
Note: Currently, Salonized doesn’t automatically deduct Treatwell's commission or transaction fees from the total, so reports might not be fully accurate.
How do reviews work with the Treatwell integration in Salonized?
The integration is designed to help you build your online reputation faster by syncing your reviews across both platforms.
Your Salonized reviews are automatically published on your Treatwell page.
The responses to reviews that you write in Salonized will also appear on Treatwell.
Your page receives a 14-day visibility boost in Treatwell’s search results after reaching milestones of 5 published reviews.
Please Note: To maintain transparency across the marketplace and offer an authentic experience, Treatwell requires all feedback to remain public. It is not possible to hide negative reviews. For more information, take a look at this article.
How do I manage and view my Treatwell profile page?
You can access your live Treatwell page at any time by clicking the 'TW' icon in the left-hand menu. Via Salonized, you can change your Treatwell page details (photos, services, and descriptions).

Can I offer last-minute discounts through the integration?
Yes, last-minute discounts can be enabled via the Treatwell dashboard.
These discounts apply to bookings made through both the Salonized widget and the Treatwell marketplace.
They provide a boost with the ranking algorithm, making it easier for potential customers to find your salon.
The discount percentage and specific timeframe can be customised to suit the salon's needs.
Note: Last-minute discounts are visible in the Salonized booking widget only with the Pro plan.
Where can I find Treatwell-specific reports?
The 'Reports' section in the left-hand menu provides additional information regarding your Treatwell bookings. Here you will find a clear overview of revenue generated via Treatwell and of the total online payments processed.
Reminder: At the moment, these reports don’t include the commissions or transaction fees deducted by Treatwell.
When will I receive my Treatwell invoices?
You will receive an invoice from Treatwell every two weeks (around the 1st and 16th of each month), with payment following a few days later. These invoices provide a detailed breakdown of all commissions and transaction fees. For specific questions regarding an invoice, visit their Help Centre.
