Step 1: Click on your account menu
To begin, locate and click on the account menu in the top-right corner of your Salonized dashboard. It's the small icon that looks like a person or a profile picture.
Step 2: Click on Billing
From the account menu, a dropdown list will appear. Look for the "Billing" option and click on it. This will take you to the Billing section of your account settings.
Step 3: Click on Modify payment method
In the Billing section, you'll find various options related to managing your payment methods. Locate and click on the "Modify payment method" button. This will allow you to make changes or add new payment methods to your account.
Step 4: Select SEPA direct debit.
Once you're on the payment method modification page, you'll see a section titled "Payment methods." In this section, you can choose your preferred payment method. Look for the option that says "I grant Salonized permission to collect my invoices via SEPA direct debit" and select it.
Step 5: Fill in your IBAN and VAT number.
To complete the SEPA payment method setup, you'll need to provide some essential information. Fill in your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and VAT (Value Added Tax) number in the designated fields. Ensure the accuracy of the information you enter to avoid any issues with payment processing.
Step 6: Click "Save"
Finally, when you've filled in your IBAN and VAT number, click on the "Save" button. This will save your changes and enable SEPA direct debit as your chosen payment method.
Once you've followed these steps, you will successfully add the SEPA payment method to your Salonized account. From now on, you can enjoy the convenience of managing your salon's payments effortlessly, giving you more time to focus on what truly matters – making your clients look and feel beautiful.
