Learn how to create and use calendar notes

To function as a reminder, importent notes like calling back a client or making a new product order, can be added to the top of your agenda.

Add notes

To add a note click on the first row at the top of the agenda:


The following window will appear:

Now, select if the note is relevant for the entire company or for a specific employee and then fill in the note. Finish off by clicking on save.

After saving the note, it will appear at the top of your agenda. If you would like to reschedule the note just click on it and swipe it to a different day. You can also edit the note or change the selected employee.
