Publish reviews and replies on your Treatwell page

When customers visit your Treatwell page, reviews (especially recent ones) play a crucial role as customers are likely to base their booking choice on them. Having lots of reviews as well as recent reviews improves the chances of your salon being seen higher up in the Treatwell Marketplace search results! 🌟

There are two ways to publish reviews on Treatwell: one-by-one or multiple reviews from a specific time period in one go. We'll cover both below.


Publish reviews one by one

To publish a specific review, go to the Feedback page in Salonized and click on the review you'd like to share. The publication status must be either published or allowed to publish. Then, click on "Manage publishing" and choose to publish it on Treatwell.

After publishing a review, it may take up to an hour to appear on your Treatwell page.

Please note: Once feedback is published on Treatwell, it cannot be removed!


Publish multiple reviews at once

If you've received multiple reviews recently, you can save time by publishing them all at once! Navigate to the Feedback page in Salonized and click on "Let's do it!"

Next, select the period for which you want to publish the reviews: reviews from the past week, 2 weeks, a month, 2 months, 3 months, the past year, or all reviews ever received.

You can also filter the order in which you want to view the reviews. On the right, you'll see the total number of reviews you're going to publish (divided by score) and the average score. In Salonized, we use smileys to display the score, which will be converted to the corresponding number of stars on Treatwell.

Click "Publish" to complete the publication.

Please note: Once feedback is published on Treatwell, it cannot be removed!

You can repeat this process whenever you receive new feedback by clicking on "Publish more reviews".


Enable Automatic Publishing

If you don't want to spend too much time on publishing reviews, you can enable automatic publishing. This will automatically publish all new incoming reviews ✨automagically✨ on Treatwell!

To do this, go to the Feedback page on Salonized and click "Enable automation" under the heading Share your new reviews on Treatwell automatically.


Reply to customer feedback

To respond to customer feedback, navigate to the Feedback page on Salonized and click on the review you want to reply to. Then, click on "Reply" and write your message in the text box.

The reply will be automatically sent to the respective customer via email. Additionally, you can choose to share the response online by checking the "Public reply" box. The reply will then be displayed in the same place as the review. Make sure the review is published on your website and/or on Treatwell.

Do you want to publish an old response retroactively? No problem! Navigate to the Feedback page on Salonized, click on the review with the response you want to publish, and click on "Manage publishing." Choose to publish both the Feedback and reply. Then hit Save.
