Respond to customer feedback

Read here how you can respond to customer feedback.

Do you want to respond to a feedback message from Salonized? You do this as follows:

  • Go to Feedback (text icon in the blue navigation bar)

  • Here you will see an overview of all the feedback left by your customers

  • Click on any feedback and at the right side of your page, you'll see the feedback and the buttons from which you can reply. See screenshot below:

Click on the blue button "reply". Enter your response in the field and you're ready to publish your reply! :
