Receive new bookings directly via Google. On this page, you'll learn how to enable the integration.

Important: If you have multiple locations in one account, you can only link your Salonized account to one Google Business Profile. From there, you will still be bookable for all locations.

Create a Google Business profile

To use Reserve via Google, you need a Google Business Profile. If you already have a Google Business Profile, in most cases, you will automatically be visible and bookable through Google with your Salonized booking widget. Usually, you don’t need to do anything for this.

Don't have a Google Business Profile yet? Create one here so you can be found on Google. Without this business profile, Reserve via Google cannot be linked to your Salonized account. Your Google Business Profile will then have an additional option: "Book Online."

Please note: Your business name, address and phone number on your Google Business profile and Salonized must be identical. Only then will this option appear

Enable Reserve via Google

If you have a Google Business Profile, and it’s not yet activated, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Online Appointments, and click on "Enable" next to Reserve with Google.

  2. In the Reserve via Google page in Salonized, type your business name in the search field, using the name under which your Google Business Profile is registered (in our case, we would type the example below, but you will type your own business name).

  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page to complete enabling the integration!

  4. It can take up to 24h for the button to appear on your business profile.

Disabling Reserve via Google
