Your timetable is one page: the top row is the hours your salon is open, and the rows under it are the hours each person, room and tool is available. Your team's hours only turn into bookable slots where they sit inside your opening hours, so this page decides what a client can actually take online. Below you'll find how to set your opening hours, how to give someone hours of their own, what every block and icon on the page means, and how to change a single day without changing every week.
How do I set my opening hours?
Your opening hours sit in the top row of the timetable, above your team. They're the ceiling for everyone: hours a stylist works outside them don't show up as bookable slots online.
Go to 'Settings' > 'Company' > 'Timetable'.
The top row is your opening hours. Use the date picker at the top of the page to move to another week.
Click a green block in that top row.
Set the times and click 'Submit'.
Choose 'Only this' for a single day, or 'All future' to make it your new pattern.
'All future' clears the times already saved for that weekday from that date onwards, so pick 'Only this' when you're only opening late for one evening.
How do I give an employee their own working hours?
Under your opening hours there's a row for every employee. A row with a house icon beside the name is following your opening hours exactly, so you only need to do something when someone works different hours.
When someone works the same hours as the salon, leave their timetable automatic:
Go to 'Settings' > 'Company' > 'Employees' and open the employee.
Untick 'Manually manage this employee's timetable'.
When someone works different hours, set them yourself:
Open the same employee and tick 'Manually manage this employee's timetable'.
Go back to 'Timetable' and click a green block on that person's row.
Enter their hours and click 'Submit'.
Choose 'Only this' or 'All future', the same way you do for your opening hours.
If you run more than one location, you'll see a choice between a timetable of their own and the timetable of one location, instead of the tick box.
Can I set a timetable for a treatment room or a tool?
Yes. Below your employees the timetable has its own rows for treatment rooms and for tools, each under its own heading. They behave exactly like an employee row: click a green block, set the times, then choose whether it's for that day or from now on.
A room or a tool follows your opening hours until you say otherwise. To give one hours of its own, open it under 'Settings' > 'Company' > 'Resources' and tick the box for managing its timetable by hand.

What do the blocks and icons in my timetable mean?
Once you can read the page, it gives you the whole week at a glance.
A green block with times on it is time that person, room or tool is working.
An empty block with a green plus means nothing is scheduled that day. Click it to add times.
A block reading 'Unavailable' means an absence covers that day. You can't edit it here — you change it under 'Absences' or in your calendar.
A repeat icon marks times that are the default for that weekday and keep coming back.
A warning icon means those times fall outside your opening hours. Clients can't book them online, but they still count as time worked in your reports.
A pencil icon marks a one-off change to that day. Click the block and choose to restore it to put the regular times back.
At the left of each row you'll see either a house icon, meaning that person keeps to your opening hours, or the hours they're scheduled for this week next to a clock.
How do I change one day without changing every week?
Every time you save a change, the timetable asks you the same question: just this day, or from now on?
'Only this' keeps your regular pattern and puts a one-off on that day. The block picks up a pencil icon so you can see it's an exception.
'All future' makes the new times your pattern for that weekday and clears the ones already saved after that date.
Inside the edit window you can also let the times repeat on their own schedule. The repeat menu gives you weekly or every other week, and you can leave it switched off for a single change. When it does repeat, you choose whether it runs on forever or stops on a date you pick.
Opening late for one evening? Click the green block for that day, use the add-times link to put a second row in, enter the extra hours, and save it as 'Only this'.
