Add a service with two or more employees
A duo massage or duo service is a service that requires two or more employees at the same time. Sometimes you need an extra room as well.

When you go to > Settings > Calendar > Services, you can change and add a new service. Add the basic data, like name, duration and price of the service.
At the bottom you can select an extra requirement. Select the employees who perform this service.
Add an extra requirement by clicking on "Needs employees".
After that you can enable the checkboxes of the employees for this service. Now you have two rows of blocks with employees, make sure you enable all employees that are allowed to perform the service two times.
When scheduling the appointment, the system will look at the availability of these employees to see if the duo service is possible.
How to schedule a duo service in the calendar
To schedule an appointment in the agenda, proceed as follows:
When you select a duo treatment, the system knows this treatment requires two employees. In this account we have two employees so if I pick one in the first block it will automatically assign the second block to the other employee.
Can you book a duo service online as well?
Yes, you can! 👏
When scheduling the appointment, the system will look at the availability of these employees to see if the duo treatment is possible. The available times in the booking widget are based on the availability of the required employees.
