How does the Salonized Website work?
Getting your site online is a simple, collaborative process:
Register your interest: click the "I'm interested" button in your Salonized dashboard.
Accept the terms: read through the terms and confirm your agreement.
Share your vision: our team will ask for your "raw materials" (logo, colours, photos, and the feeling you want to convey).
Building & review: our team builds your website. This takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks. Once the site is ready, you'll receive a preview to check whether it matches your vision.
Feedback & going live: please respond to the preview with your feedback as quickly as possible, so we can get your website live without delay. Once you approve it, we'll handle the technical setup (domain name, security certificates) and launch your site.
How much does it cost, and when does billing start?
The Salonized Website is offered as a subscription add-on to your current plan, for €19 per month (excl. VAT).
Important: billing starts immediately once you agree to the terms of this add-on — not once your website goes live. You can cancel the add-on at any time; this takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
Can I customise the design?
Yes, you can customise the design to a certain extent with your own colours, logos and style inspiration. We use an extensive library of components to fully personalise your website.
How often can I request changes?
After going live, you can view this in your Salonized dashboard. Here you'll also find a link to a feedback form for any changes you'd like to make. These updates are included in your subscription at no extra cost.
What happens if I change my prices or add new team members?
Because the website is fully integrated with Salonized, changes to your services, team members and opening hours in your Salonized account are automatically reflected on your website.
I already have a website, can I switch?
Absolutely. We can use your existing domain and build you a brand-new website that integrates seamlessly with Salonized.
Please note: if you already have an email address linked to this domain, we unfortunately cannot take over that hosting. In that case, we'll send you the DNS details, which you can enter yourself with your current hosting provider.
Do I need my own domain name?
If you don't have a domain yet, we'll register a custom domain for you as part of the service. Please note: email hosting is not included with this.
What's the difference between a Microsite and a Salonized Website?
Microsites are a free, basic solution with limited flexibility. Salonized Websites offer a fully personalised experience, specifically tailored to your brand's unique style.
